Pathways for Teaching the Millennium Development Goals: A well-developed set of three lessons from the DICE Project which introduces and explores the MDGs with younger children.  It also includes background notes for teachers and an extensive resource section.

Profiling Children in Eritrea:  Module based on interviews done with primary school children in Eritrea designed to challenge stereotypes that Irish students have of people living in Africa.  It also includes background information for teachers on Eritrea and the MDGs.

Second Level

Oxfam's resource, Change the World in Eight Steps, introduces young people to the Millennium Development Goals.  It provides a poster for each goals along with background information for teachers.

UNICEF's Measuring Success: The Millennium Development Goals is a 3 lesson unit designed to raise awareness of issues facing young people around the world.
